CS530H Collaborative Robot
Five-axis cobot developed for palletizing and end-of-line automation
The Elite Robots CS530H is a five-axis collaborative robot developed for palletizing and heavy end-of-line workflows. Its 30 kg payload, specialized architecture, and compatibility with Elite Robots CP Series configurations support single- and dual-box handling, palletizing, depalletizing, and warehouse automation.

Recommended Applications
- Palletizing and depalletizing
- Stacking and kitting
- Single- and dual-box handling with compatible tooling
- Warehouse and end-of-line automation
- Pick-and-place
- Integration with Elite Robots CP Series palletizing configurations
Motion and Joint Performance
- Joints 1-2: up to 125°/s
- Primary elbow joint: up to 150°/s
- Published wrist-joint speeds: up to 210°/s
Published TCP and joint speeds describe the robot's capability. Safe operating speed and motion limits depend on the complete application, payload, end-of-arm tooling, workspace, and required risk assessment.
Tool I/O and End-of-Arm Integration
Dual tool-connector architecture with configurable digital and analog I/O, 12 V or 24 V tool power, RS485, and Modbus RTU for compatible vacuum, clamping, sensing, and other palletizing tooling.
Final end-of-arm-tool selection should be verified for payload, center of gravity, electrical demand, communications, reach, and the complete duty cycle.
Controller and Communications
- Standard AC controller: 24 digital inputs and 24 digital outputs, including 8 safety-configurable DI/DO; 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs; and 4 high-speed digital inputs.
- Supported controller communications: RS485, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, EtherNet/IP slave, and PROFINET slave.
- Controller power: 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz.
- Standard-controller enclosure: approximately 19.9 x 10.1 x 18.2 in. (505 x 257 x 462 mm), IP44.
Teach Pendant and Programming
The standard ERP400 teach pendant is listed with a 12.1-inch, 1280 x 800 full-touch display, IP54 protection, and an approximately 18.0 ft (5.5 m) cable. Elite Robots also offers an ERP400S option with a three-position enabling device plus physical jogging and function keys. Confirm the controller, pendant, software, and cable configuration in the final Useabot quotation.
Safety and Environmental Protection
The CS Series arm is listed with standard IP65 protection and an optional IP68 configuration. Elite Robots identifies ISO 13849 safety certification and adjustable collision-detection settings at the CS Series level. Collaborative operation is application-dependent and does not remove the need for a documented risk assessment, correct end-of-arm tooling, safe programming, and any safeguarding required by the completed system.
Palletizing Configuration Notes
Elite Robots publishes a maximum stacking height of 90.6 in. (2,300 mm) for a supported telescopic-column CP configuration. The manufacturer also lists single- and dual-vacuum-cup handling configurations. Column, gripper, pallet dimensions, throughput, guarding, and other cell components must be engineered and quoted for the specific application; they should not be assumed to be included with the standalone arm.
Why Consider the CS530H
- Highest payload in the CS lineup
- Purpose-developed five-axis palletizing architecture
- Up to 90.6 in. (2,300 mm) stacking height in the supported telescopic CP configuration
- Supports single- or dual-vacuum-cup palletizing configurations
